Service Offering -
National Marketing agrees to market your vehicle until sold. National Marketing Classifieds, it's Associates and Partners do this by listing your vehicle on our and our Partners
network of classifieds sites. Additionally when we receive inquires of vehicles that match yours we direct the buyer to your ad. Because our promise of until sold we will
never ask for renewal charges. If you request to upgrade your listing their may be an additional fee.
Associates -
National Marketing Classifieds employees Sub--Contractors further known as Associates. Associates are directly responsible for the services they sell to you. National Marketing offers a
set list of service offerings. Anything outside of those offerings are not guaranteed or honored by National Marketing. Your associate should be contacted with questions outside
National Marketing Classifieds offers.
Partners -
National Marketing partners with other sites and services to expand the listing ofad; further known as Partners. These Partners are not owned nor controlled by
National Marketing. When you list your ad with National Marketing we also list it with our relative Partners for the type of ad you are listing. A list of these partners can
be found on the left menu.
Payments -
Payments are due before services are rendered. Payments can be made by Credit Card, Debit Card, Electronic Check and by mail. Once payment and if applicable pictures are received National Marketing will
list your ad within 72 business hours.
Refunds -
Because the type of service we offer, National Marketing cannot honor requests for refunds. Once we have listed your ad on our and our partner’s sites we have fulfilled
the service we offer. We will continue to list your ad until you request removal because of sale or other. There is no guarantee to the success of your ad. This can be for many reasons
some common would be price, location, item, condition. Upon request we can provide any feedback that may assist in increasing the odds of sale. Federal law requires refund if persons
request it within 72 hours of sale. In these cases National Marketing will refund payment minus any processing fees. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
